Learn how to develop written operating and maintenance procedures. Our course focuses on accomplishing this in a clear, concise, and consistent manner while appropriately addressing hazards and regulatory requirements. Attendees learn the right way to collect information about operations-related activities and then how to convert that information into an appropriate, consistent format. We prepare participants to write clear, precise instructions which include neither too much nor too little detail. In addition, they will receive an introduction to critical issues such as document control, management of change, procedure validation, and safeguarding against procedural errors.
