This course is designed for those who plan and/or conduct audits of Quality Management Systems (QMS) under the ISO 9001:2015 standard. We use quality principles, concepts and tooling, based on the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standards and the audit and leadership requirements based on ISO 19011:2018, to deliver a practical and easy-to-understand training course. We give participants an extensive and systemic view of an audit and an audit team's leadership process, with the chance to complete a mock audit and written test at the end of the course to demonstrate the knowledge learned.
