There are no refunds for e-courses, but we will refund your money for damaged physical products. Please call us or fill out the Contact Us form.

No. You can’t pay directly via ACH but if you want to pay via that way or bank transfer, you can send that to us and then we will process your order.

General Training

Yes. Please feel free to browse our e-course selection and purchase the course(s) you want by adding them to your cart.

You can mouse over the Training link in the header and then click on eLearning. You can also go to the main page and click on the eLearning link/icon.

No. We also sell physical products, such as wall maps, books, etc. Visit the Learning Products section of the site to view these offerings. We also deliver instructor led training tailored to your needs.

Benefits include taking the course at your own pace and at your convenience, in addition to the cost savings of not having to travel to a physical location.

There is not a print option for printing directly from the slides as-is. If you're printing from your browser as a screen image, that'll be up to the browser’s discretion in terms of how the page is laid out.

Course length varies but e-courses are generally 20-30 minutes in length.

If you exit the course entirely, the next time you log-in, you will be prompted whether to start over or resume where you left off.

Yes. You can revisit the course content for up to one year.

Yes, you must receive 100% on a short quiz (with unlimited attempts) to pass the course.

Yes. The certificate will load as a PDF. You can choose to either save it or print the PDF.

No. At this time, the courses will only be offered in English. We hope to have some of the courses in Spanish in late 2020.

Yes. CEUs are earned based on course duration. One hour of duration earns .1 CEU. Please contact us if there are additional questions.

There are no limits to the number of times a user can view a course within one year from date of purchase.

Yes. If you purchase multiple seats, you can (receive reports and) track the progress and score of any user that registers using one of their seats.

Yes. We can track completion progress, or you can have the course(s) added to your company’s LMS. Please contact us for more details.

If the user does not start an online course, then that seat in the course can typically be allocated to another user.
